What we like to see improved:
Improved Community: Community, seems to be one area, many UK bingo sites are skinny on these days. Other than Chat rooms and player gallery, we couldn’t find a way to interact and meet other members. We’d love to see a community bingo blog or a forum that allows members to interact and engage better with the Cyberbingo uk team.
Better Site Usability: It’s easy to enter the game rooms and deposit. But other than that, navigating the site and finding promos, rules and schedule was a bit challenging.
Simplified Bonus Rules that are Understandable: Choose your own bonus is a fun twist, but the rules are not easily digestible. Well, at least it wasn’t clear to us. However, one of their customer care members took the time to explain it to us.
